Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium oven-safe bowl add chopped butter and chocolate pieces.
Heat up water in a pot and place the bowl with the butter and chocolate over the pot with the boiling water so that it sits right on top. Use the steam to heat up the butter and chocolate while you stir until they melt evenly.

Cool off the melted butter with chocolate mixture for at least 15 minutes.
In the meantime, with the hand mixer beat together the eggs, sugar, orange zest and vanilla until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Add the cocoa powder and gently combine it using a spatula.

Add the melted chocolate, and continue gently mixing all the wet ingredients together.
Finally, add the flower using a sieve. Mix it into the batter gently with a spatula. Don’t over mix it.

Pour the brownie batter into a square baking dish that's 12" x 12" (30 x 30 centimeters) lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle few chocolate chips on top and bake it for about 25-30 minutes.
When finished baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
